Does Yaqeen make any profit from the sale of items?
Yaqeen Merch items are sold at near cost with proceeds only going towards the coverage of transactional fees. Yaqeen Institute is a non-profit organization and relies on the generous support of donors worldwide to fund its operation.

When will I receive my order?
Our products are made-to-order and are shipped within 2-5 business days of your purchase. You can view the estimated delivery time to your location on the checkout page at the time of making the order.
How much is shipping?
Domestic (US) shipping
The Economy rate for US shipping (5-8 business days) is:
0lb–5lb: $4.90 USD
5lb–70lb: $19.90 USD
$50 and up: free
The Standard rate for US shipping (3-4 business days) is:
0lb–1lb: $6.90 USD
1lb–5lb: $9.90 USD
International shipping
We use DHL Express and USPS to ship to addresses outside of the US. The estimated delivery time and cost will be calculated at the time of checkout
Order Issues
I received a notification that my order was cancelled eventhough I didn't request it. Why was my order cancelled? Will I get my money back?
Sometimes after receiving an order, our system catches an error with the selected payment method. In this case the order cannot be processed and is cancelled. Your card will not be charged. To receive your items, we request that you try an alternative payment method and make a new order.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
No, orders can not be altered once they have been made.
Why is my order split into multiple shipments?
You order may be split into more than one shipment in order to protect your items (if they're fragile) with extra cushioning. It could also be shipped separately because the items are being fulfilled from different locations.
How do I track my order?
Upon completion of your purchase, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address on file which will include a link to tracking. Once your order has been delivered, an email confirming delivery will also be sent.
I haven't received my order eventhough it's past the estimated delivery date. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order, please allow a few more days. If you still haven't received it please call us at (657) 234-8253 and we’ll help you locate your package.
